It is crucial that you log your volunteer hours.

1. Fill in the Details

• Volunteer/Student names: Since these fields are required, if the volunteer and the student are the same, just enter the same name twice

• Event and Description: Enter the event you volunteered at and a brief description of the tasks or activities you completed during your volunteer work

• Total Hours: Enter the total hours worked; you can enter in quarter-hour increments (i.e., 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1)

2. Submit: After filling in the necessary information, click "Submit."

3. Confirmation: Once you've submitted your hours, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that your volunteer hours have been logged.

4. Contact the Band Boosters (If Needed)

• If you encounter any issues or have questions about logging your volunteer hours, contact the Booster President at kparkbbpresident@gmail.com.

• Your child's volunteer hours can be found at the bottom of their student account.   Contact kparkbbtreasurer@gmail.com if you need your child's unique link.
